Associate Director of Admissions - (Buffalo, NY)
Primary Functions: The Associate Director of Admissions is charged with providing the day to day supervision of the Admission Counselors and support staff, management of assigned recruitment, admission, and enrollment of new students to the College, and assisting with the coordination of admissions marketing and communication plans to prospective students. Min Requirements: Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree with extensive admissions background.Three to 5 years progressively responsible background in Admissions. Background overseeing the work of others. Background in marketing preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication expertise as well as background working with diverse populations. Must possess excellent customer service skills, be energetic, highly motivated and a self- starter. Job Specific Competencies : Must be competent in Microsoft office suite and have background with a Student Info System. Familiarity with a Customer Relations Management (CRM) is a plus.
