Housekeeping Supervisor - (Duck, NC)

Ensures that Resort Guests have a memorable background by delivering quality service to exceed guest expectations. Supervises housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained at the level which meets or exceeds workplace standards. Greets Guests approaching or arriving. Consistently creates a positive guest and associate background. May also perform a combination of cleaning duties to maintain impeccable cleanliness of Guest rooms while insuring that Guests have well stocked supplies/amenities in their rooms. Responds to questions, and resolves problems. Previous housekeeping supervisory background; positive people skills; excellent customer service skills; frequently lift/carry up to ten pounds.; occasionally lift/carry up to 50 pounds.; standing and/or walking for long periods of time; work a varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours.
