Gruene Harley-Davidson's Service Department is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. Job summary: Intake customer motorcycles for diagnoses and service based on customer needs while communicating with both customers and technicians to provide an excellent service background. Requirements & Position requirements: • MMI or equivalent H-D Certifications. • Preferred 3 yrs or more of H-D dealership background. • Dependable, organized and self-motivated. • Superior communication and customer service • Work with quality in mind at all times and must have positive work ethics. • Have a thorough mechanical and electrical understanding. • Preferred background with Talon • Willing to ask questions and learn the GHD way. • Must have valid motorcycle endorsement Please apply in person or via email
