About the Job: This position is supervised by the Technical Support Supervisor and guided by Tier II, VP of IT. Duties include troubleshooting basic IT hardware and software problems at all Anka sites both directly and remotely. This is a regular Full-time position (with Benefits)Monday thru Fri8:30a 5:00p (with flexibility)Some travel required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Basic Desktop Support (Hardware and Software) * Manage Service Request Queue and respond to support requests within the timeframes specified in the IT SLA * Troubleshoot and resolve all Tier I issues
