Roles & Responsibilities -- Project Planning IT infrastructure implementation and scheduling on IBM cloud platform. -- Technical Co-ordination with IT infrastructure team ( Windows, Unix, DBA, Network, SAN ) -- Should poses sound knowledge of Datacenter and DR implementation and lead the project technical team. -- Technical diagnosis. -- Liase with developers and project technical team -- Project delivery as per the contract with client. -- Team collaboration. -- Manage escalations and conflicts. -- Conduct regular meetings with vendors, team and client technical lead. -- Analyze and manage staff workload.
