QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education & Background: High-school degree or equivalent and/or background in a hotel or a related position preferred Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training (must comply with State qualifications) CPR, 1st Aid and Heimlich maneuver Certified. Physical demands: Long hours sometimes required. Expertise to climb and descend stairways and run. Must be able to physically deter individuals who pose a threat to employees and/or guests.
