Bartender Banquet - (Junction City, KS)

Job summary Job Purpose: To provide prompt and professional service to all customers and to practice all established control systems required in the dispensing of alcoholic beverages. To maximize beverage sales while observing all liquor laws and company policies and regulations. Job duties: Display good customer relation skills and takes initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner. Exercise good public and customer relations skills at all times. Dispense alcoholic beverages and controls service to ensure customers do not become intoxicated in accordance with liquor and hotel and company policies and regulations. Prepare drink orders per specified receipts and charge for such orders as they are prepared in the appropriate manner. Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies. Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc. Lift and carry heavy items, such as trays.
