Part Time Leasing Consultant - TX - (League City, TX)

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN LEAGUE CITY, TX. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. APPROXIMATELY 24 HOURS PER WEEK. Basic Purpose Under the general direction of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant will own and drive the property's sales. The primary duties are to greet prospects and present the features and benefits at their property and to secure leases for Nolan Communities. Marketing/Leasing/Customer Service * Pay for performance environment which includes new leases, renewals and daily deliverables. - The perfect applicant will be part of a fun and energetic team that prides itself on creating a world class background for current and future residents - Comfortable with boots on ground marketing as well as skilled in using social media to attract new traffic and promote community events * Ideally, the applicant will have demonstrated 1yr of rockstar success in the multifamily industry and when we say rockstar we mean Adam Levine not Michael Bolton!
