Accounting Assistant - (Campbell, CA)

Responsibilities * Coding and processing invoices for payment * Bill tenant direct bills * Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable * Collaborate closely with receptionist to coordinate tenant work orders to see that they are completed in a timely fashion. Follow up on tenant complaints and problems on a daily basis * Schedule tenant move-ins and move-outs and order all signage for suite and elevator lobby * Maintain tenant insurance records to ensure coverage as specified in tenant leases. Keep a current tickler file to ensure that insurance certificates are renewed as necessary * Provide support as needed to Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and General Manager * Update move in, building rules, and general building details manuals * Prepare Tenant Work Authorizations (TWA) sundries for tenant billing * Assist in the preparation of the annual budget * Track expenditures relating to the tenant retention program.
