Need independent broker or alternative investment adviser with book of clients who invest in: non-traditional investments alternative investments private placements pre-IPO startups and tech companies oil & gas hedge funds You will be selling an investment in a movie and a movie/digital company. Security sold will either be convertible equity with warrants, convertible LLC, or preferred stock. Please indicate if your investors are $25,000 buy ins, or $1 Million ones. Serious only. Compensation is commission with eventual salary, equity + producer credits. I am not looking for someone to syndicate this across 100 other broker dealers but looking for 1 person who can do the job.
