Manufacturing Engineer/Liasion - (San Diego, CA)

Manufacturing Engineer/Liasion Position details:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs detailed review of assigned airframe part and/or assembly drawings. Use part/assembly drawings in conjunction with Program and Manufacturing Process Specifications to create applicable Manufacturing Process Flow Diagrams, Work Order (Router) outlines, and Standardized Work Instructions. Coordinates Manufacturing Bill Of Material creation from part/assembly drawing BOM with GA support teams (Tools & Operations) Works with Manufacturing Engineer to identify where manufacturing shop aids could be employed to improve production rates or reduce manufacturing risk. Responsible for researching, documenting, and developing detailed operator, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures, checklists, technical specifications, alert bulletins, training materials, and other procedures and reports.
