Sanitation Supervisor, third Shift, South Creston area, up to $65K plus bonus potential. This company cannot sponsor or transfer any Visas at this time but will relocate within the USA. Responsibilities: Responsibility for the interior and exterior sanitation of the plant; Supervising the sanitation and janitorial staff activities; Tracking trends to identify areas of improvement and the actions needed to improve these areas; Organizing the sanitation crew for max efficiency and resource usage; Accompanying the USDA inspector during pre-op inspections; Participating in third party and regulatory audits; Conducting safety and educational training; Maintaining inventory and ordering sanitation supplies. Education: 2-year or 4-year degree preferred; Food Science or related science disciplines preferred. Required skills: 3+ years of sanitation background in a food processing environment; Microbiology, food safety, HACCP, SSOOP, GMPs, quality assurance skills preferred;
