iCut Operator - (New Berlin, WI)

iCut Operator Quad/Graphics is currently seeking a 1st shift iCut Operator to work in the Tempt In-Store Productions operation in New Berlin. Operator is responsible for operation of cam/cad cutting table for paper, styrene, foam core, corrugated fiberboard, corrugated plastic and other miscellaneous materials. The position assignments for this position include, but are not limited to: Perform machine set-up, including accessing job file/die lines via computer. Select and change blades on machine based on substrate requirements. Load stock either manually or via the automated stock feeder. Move work-in-process to and from the machine via electric pallet jack or forklift. Scrap excess material post-cutting and place finished work on designated pallets. Perform routine preventative maintenance on cutting table. Read and understand job tickets. Complete necessary job paperwork. Communicate effectively with supervisor, press operators, prepress operators, CSR's and co-workers.
