BSA Compliance/Deposit Customer Service Rep - (Collinsville, IL)

The foremost role of this position would be to monitor and enforce the Association's BSA Compliance Program. As we are a small community financial institution, the applicant will also assist providing customer service for our deposit customers, including opening new accounts. We are seeking a applicant who not only can offer friendly, professional customer service, but 1 who also demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills. We regularly promote internally and are looking for a longterm employee who could potentially expand to additional compliance or operational responsibilities.
