Metal Manufacturing Worker - (Minneapolis, MN)

Randstad Staffing in Roseville is NOW HIRING for longterm, temp-to-hire METAL MANUFACTURING WORKERS for a well-known company in Fridley, Minnesota! This position will start with training employees into the company's basic skilled metal fabrication machinery and processes, and the longterm goal would be for all employees to feel comfortable as well-rounded machinists on 1 or more of the higher skilled machines. We are looking for applicants who are ready to start/continue their career in Metal Manufacturing and Fabrication. We are looking for applicants who have experience in metal manufacturing and/or fabrication who will be comfortable in a heavy industrial/manufacturing setting. We are looking for applicants who are detail-oriented, safety-oriented, show a high-level of work ethic, and feel comfortable working independently or with a team.
