RecoveryOfficer - Real Estate The Real Estate Recovery Officer is responsible formaking contact with all responsible parties on loans through telephonic,written or other media to determine cause for delinquency. Provide assistance and suggestions in theplan development to reinstate the member's obligations through repaymentarrangements. Make recommendations toRecovery Manager as to appropriate action considered necessary where theexisting circumstances jeopardize the interest of the Credit Union. Duties include but are not limited to themanagement of the following: delinquentmortgages, short sales, foreclosure actions and REO properties and other dutiesthat are assigned by supervisor or management.
