Scientific/Grant Writer - (Watertown, MA)

SQZ Biotechnologies is looking for a Scientific/Grant Writer to join our Strategic Scientific Partnerships team. This is a newly created role reporting to the Director of SSP. The selected individual will communicate effectively across a diverse scope of scientific areas. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to be on the cutting edge of SQZ Biotech's scientific applications and interface with different teams across the company. Responsibilities:Lead scientific writer for SQZ in diverse contexts:Government and foundation grant applications (SBIR, patient foundation, etc.)Investor and grantor reportingScientific publicationsIndustry awards Tax incentive programsIdentify potential funding opportunities and manage application process
