Loan File Review Administrator - (Edwardsville, IL)

The Loan File Review Administrator monitors loans with Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) properties and is responsible for the loan file review & input of loan details on the exception tracking system. This position is also responsible for HMDA/CRA and Adverse Action reporting as well as serving as a back-up to the Loan Servicing Specialist. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES PRIMARY: Maintain a positive working environment by behaving and communicating in a manner that encourages productive interactions with customers, co-workers, and supervisors Review and approve flood insurance on all new, renewed, and modified loans prior to closing with SFHA properties Maintain flood insurance policies for SFHA designated loans on exception tracking system Obtain quotes and process force-placed flood insurance Follow up on cancellations of flood insurance policies and take action immediately Scan and place flood insurance in nCino Document Manager and RVI Perform monthly flood reconciliation reports and submit to supervisor
