Position responsibilities -2+ years leasing background -English/Spanish multi-lingual a big plus -Have a "whatever it takes" attitude -valid license -great multi-tasking skills - Performing office duties and maintaining leasing office and clubhouse - Outstanding customer service skills -Punctual & detail oriented - Expertise to act independently and make decisions. -Superior verbal and writing skills. -Available to work weekends when needed Job overview -Takes all incoming phone calls, an emails from vendors and possible new tenants -Shows units to prospective new tenants -Handles all new leases and renewals -Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents -Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed and input to software system accurately and on a timely basis -Collect rent -Walks property to ensure it looks its best! - Consistently implement policies of the community.
