Summary of Position: To originate residential mortgage loans; to achieve and/or exceed sales goals; and to develop and follow through on all sales leads and referrals providing a high-quality of service. Essential Duties and Supervisory Responsibilities: Cultivate business through existing and new referral networks Bring borrowers from initial consultation to mortgage application Assist borrowers in our application process, preferably on-line to ensure e-compliance Input or upload applications into LOS system
