I.T. Help Desk / Analyst Technician - (Bethesda, MD)

Paley Rothman, a nationally recognized suburban law firm conveniently located in downtown Bethesda, 1 block from the metro, is seeking an I.T. Help DeskAnalyst Technician to provide end user support by diagnosing and resolving technical problems and help maintain operational integrity of existing systems. In this role, you will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing qualifications, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal I.T. Helpdesk. You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the Firm's PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, software installation, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations. You will aid and assist with network maintenance, server hardware and software administration, upgrades, deployment, installations and patching. Responsibilities Provide support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
