Join Ecolab as our Training Specialist in City of Industry, CA and take on the full responsibility over the portfolio of training programs and courses. The specialist implements new training programs, adjust the current ones in a close cooperation with the leadership team at all levels. They conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees, will plan, organize, and direct a wide spectrum of training activities. Trainers conduct orientation, safety sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees. In addition, this individual will help to track and identify gaps and maintain records.
