Paralegal/Legal Assistant - (Minneapolis, MN)

The right applicants will have 2+ years of background working as a litigation paralegal within a law firm. Responsibilities: Organizing and maintaining case files Working with the legal team in the preparation and filing of all court documents and in the organization of briefs, exhibits and appendices Establishing, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic versions of case file materials Performing various duties relating to discovery, including preparation for depositions and coordination of document productions, document gathering, review and organization Trial preparation support and conduct factual and legal research Maintaining docket/calendars for review of important deadlines and event Position qualifications: Formal paralegal training from an accredited program, preferably a four-year degree program 2+ years background working as a litigation paralegal in a law firm (a plus) Outstanding people skills and client service skills
