Production Manager I - (Crest Hill, IL)

Join Ecolab's Joliet, IL chemical manufacturing plant as our Production Manager for our Liquids team. As Production Manager you will help transform the chemical manufacturing culture to an efficient and effective workplace, implementing processes and tools using Total Production Management (TPM) strategies. We are seeking a manager with background in food, beverage or chemical production who enjoys developing people and seeing them grow in their careers. The Production Manager leads a team of eight production supervisors and approx 75-105 hourly employees (batch mixers, bulk fillers, line operators and fork truck operators). Key responsibilities Manage the development and implementation of standard work or SOPs and integrate tools with the goal of increasing productivity, efficiency and employee engagement.
