Director of Operations - (Washington, IA)

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the planning, execution, control and measurement of Funkos supply chain activities from factory shipment to Funkos Fulfillment & Distribution Centers. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and interface with a variety of other functional areas such as Sales, IT and Human Resources to deliver the results that achieve the business goals and objectives. You are responsible for ensuring that all activities meet the customers contractual qualifications, quality standards and expectations.Keys to success in this role include exceptional people leadership, analytics, judgment and communication abilities. You should be able to extract insights from data and effectively communicate the appropriate triggers and actions.
