Production Supervisor I/ii - Map/778 - (Clackamas, OR)

Position description MISSION: Responsible for the safe manufacture of company products which may represent a broad diversity of manufacturing processes. Responsible for satisfying all quality and productivity requirements in a most cost effective manner. May supervises multiple functions and/or shifts typically but not exclusively through shift/department leads. Production Supervisor positions are responsible for a lesser span of control and/or require a lesser level of proven background in manufacturing and process skills than an Area Manager. Span of Control: May be responsible for an average to less than average number of production employees, numbers of and/or value of manufacturing machines, particularly in comparison to the span of control of an Area Manager. Manufacturing Ability: Demonstrates a fundamental knowledge of and ability to apply PCC budgeting process and financial management tools. Demonstrates a fundamental knowledge of and ability to understand and apply the PCC planning process.
