Sales Director Role Description Sales Directors own line management of their sales team(s) and report directly to a Vice President within Managed Selling Services. 2nd line management overall is responsible for: 1) designing & leading Sales Plays within HPS 2) developing sales leaders, and 3) hitting revenue and margin targets with accurate forecasting. Proven issue solving abilities to design basic Sales Plays, effective in developing leaders, and consistently hits the number with accurate forecasting. 1) Design & Leads Sales Plays Responsibilities & Competencies * Inspect standard HPS is being executed effectively & develop Sales Managers to close identified gaps * Define gaps to performance goals and solve problems in or out of our control * Understands industry under management and performance benchmarking to design effective plays * Creates Sales Plays that result in improved performance and/or improved sales effectiveness * Accountable to make critical decisions for based on financial plan; assess
