JOB CODE: (441206) RN/Director of Nursing (SNF) LOCATION: San Jacinto Valley, CA We are assisting a client in their search for an experienced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Director of Nursing to lead their clinical team and collaborate with the Administrator to direct the nursing department in maintaining quality standards of care in accordance with current federal, state, and facility standards, guidelines, and regulations. Will assume responsibility for center operations in the Administrator's absence. Conducts the nursing process " assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation " under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure.
