Visitor Services & Sales Operations Supervisor - Part Time - (Chadds Ford, PA)

The Visitor Services & Sales Operations Supervisor will oversee the museum shop staff with the daily operations on the sales floor to ensure excellent customer service in assisting visitors with admissions, ticket selling and retail sales. KEY FUNCTIONS: 1. Ensure superior customer service from the Visitor Services & Shop Sales Associates so that visitors will have a positive and memorable background. 2. Supervise associates on the sales floor, leading by example. Inform and partner with Manager of Visitor Services, Admissions & Retail to address any staff performance issues. 3. Oversee the opening and closing procedures for register terminals, ensuring proper management of cash, checks and receipts to prepare the daily deposit. 4. Fulfill shop operational tasks as scheduled and outlined by the Manager, including but not limited to: cash handling, ticket booth operations, mobile workstation, and point of sale issues, daily schedules and processing of internet orders.
