Quality Manager - (Muskogee, OK)

We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team at our Muskogee, OK plant. This is a management position accountable for managing and continuously improving all internal and external plant assurance of quality systems. Assist in the development of the plants quality plan to help create and maintain a customer-focused organization. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: (All other duties as assigned) Assist plant team in setting and maintaining quality objectives and assures plant quality objectives are being met. Identify appropriate tasks and schedules required training to accomplish goals and continuous improvement in the process. Perform advanced quality system responsibilities in accordance with product control manual. Assist in organizing and understanding customer satisfaction based upon product and service performance.
