Quality Engineer/Training Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling the role of Quality Engineer and Training Coordinator. Ensure the quality of the parts produced meet all customer expectations; quickly and effectively take action when non-conformance items are found. Provide statistical info for quality improvement. Work to improve existing work instructions, Procedures and processes.As Training Coordinator, the selected applicant will provide classroom and on-the-job training to teach production associates the knowledge, skills and abilities required to be successful employees of the company. Trainers act as mentors to associates and provide guidance and support, which will help them to develop the skills and abilities required.
