Position: Leasing Consultant Part-time Location: Huntington, Indiana Description: To perform all leasing and marketing activities as assigned by the Property Manager including: the leasing of apartment homes according to guidelines, provide internal and external marketing ability to ensure traffic generation and to provide all residents with a safe, positive, fun and sanitary living environment. Assist in the development of and/or implementation of the Sterling five P s Business Plan to ensure the property meets or exceeds the expectations of the owners, residents, vendors, and all customers.
