Mortgage Post Closer-Trailing Document Reviewer - (Brea, CA)

Overview: This role will be responsible for tracking and coordinating all final documents (recorded documents and final title policies). The individual will be responsible for keeping track of final document collection for all investors and clearing the deficiencies on those final documents. In addition the role will be responsible for communicating with the investors and our document custodian as well as reporting. Responsibilities: Collect and review original Final Title Policies, Recorded Mortgages and other recorded documents for accuracy for Conv, FHA, VA, USDA and HECM loans Follows up on all final document requests, correction and requirements from Investor. Work directly with investors to keep reporting updated and verify accuracy of reporting. Follow-up with closing agents and title companies for these outstanding final documents.
