A little about the gig: The applicant should possess a current knowledge of mobile voice, mobile data, and fixed voice networks along with the expertise to collect detailed qualifications from the customer and map qualifications to platform capabilities. Understanding ofindividual protocols and interfaces will be required to map custom mediation qualifications into functional output and the applicant should be comfortable documenting these qualifications. The applicant should also be comfortable and experienced working in a Linux environment from a bash shell and with standard utilities such as vi, grep, awk, sed, perl, ip, and also able to perform basic Linux system management tasks. Data validation and interrogation will also require previous background writing SQL statements. Since this position necessitates direct collaboration with the customer, previous customer-facing background is a plus.
