Bakery Production Tech - Day Shift - (Sioux Falls, SD)

Shift start times vary on 3 start times: 4:30am, 5:30am & 7am Each are 12hr shifts Summary: Team approach to rotating duties on a quick paced assembly line that includes the handling of raw materials and finished product. Performs a variety of operational functions by either operating a machine or by handling the product itself during the processing of raw materials into food products. Turning on equipment if operating a machine, turning off a machine while not attended . Duties: Works on Production line, according to procedures. May switch positions every 2 (2) hours and may be required to work other positions within the Production facility. Occasional product runs require individuals to remain on 1 job for entire shift. Sets up equipment as needed. Must have knowledge of all positions within the production setting once training has been received. Must be able to comply with the procedures set forth for the USDA department regarding SQF Code & follow all training qualifications.
