REQUIREMENTS : Experience in tire/automotive industry JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Develops budget for location and monitors sales & expenses closely to ensure goals are achieved. Works in all areas of the store and provides direction to employees Develops strong relationships with customers Effectively manages customer complaints and creates solutions Monitors inventory levels for store Responsible for the recruitment, development, and training of all store employees Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements Inspects all equipment and ensures all personnel are following safety procedures Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
