Associate Warehouse Manager, second shift is needed in the Florence area, up to $75K plus bonus potential. Client company cannot sponsor or transfer any Visas at this time and will relocate within the USA. Responsibilities: Directing and managing the shipping, receiving, storage, and movement of all finished product and purchased materials for the assigned area; Managing the departmental personnel; Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions; Coordinating inventory activities within warehouse locations; Implementing plans for continuous improvement and efficiency of resources; Training and mentoring assigned supervisors and team leaders; Participating in daily plant production meetings and monthly corporate production planning meetings.Education: 2-year or 4-year degree preferred; min of High-school certificate or GED required.
