BRIDGE develops, maintains, and manages properties throughout California. We are looking for a highly-organized Occupancy Coordinator to join our dedicated San Francisco team! Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for vacancy and file compliance for operational properties, new-construction lease ups, and acquisition/rehabs, as well as related reporting, assistance with audit responses, and training/coaching of site staff.
