Job summary: The IT Business Analyst at Cultural Vistas is responsible for helping business implement technology solutions efficiently by determining the qualifications of a project or program and communicating them clearly to internal stakeholders. ** Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Project Management - Coordinates and liaises between IT and other departments by gathering and recording technical specifications; scheduling and directing work and resources, and managing scope within the project to ensure successful project understanding and delivery Analyzes qualifications gathered and determines gaps in technology, business processes; constructs workflow charts and diagrams; studies system capabilities and writing specifications Devises and documents a general system design based on the programs anticipated qualifications Leads development projects in collaboration with developers and IT Director Uses appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
