Temporary Data and Program Coordinator - (Seattle, WA)

Job details: This position provides overall program support to the Regional Assess Point (RAP), Mortgage and Tenant Services Program, which is part of the Supportive Services department at Solid Ground. The Data & Program Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative work to Supportive Services Programs, includingmonitoring and preparing monthly and quarterly contracts and reports, preparing and tracking check requests, invoices, department reports and client data reports. Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Tasks: 50% Provide data and administrative support to Supportive Services, including conducting data entry of all client data and outcomes into HMIS (Homeless Management Details System) and other program tracking systems. Compile data, client service activity and demographic info from the database and program tracking systems to complete monthly/quarterly/annual funder reports.
