Research Associate - (Hillsborough, NC)

Position title: Research Associate Duration:1 yr Par Rate:$26/hr Location: Research Triangle Park NC 27709 Responsibilities: The associate will work together as a member of a multidisciplinary team to assist with antibody conjugation and assay development of a point-of-care diagnostic for low-resource settings. The applicant must have a good understanding of biology and basic wet lab chemistry techniques, with additional background with ELISAs and immunoassays a plus. The applicant will have outstanding communication and people skills and a strong desire to gain background in the process of bringing a medical device to market. The applicant should be able to plan and conduct scientific experiments and should be able to effectively analyze, interpret, and present experimental results while collaborating with teammates from diverse backgrounds.
