Executive Director - (Asheboro, NC)

Regional Consolidated Services is seeking an Executive Director. RCS is a non-profit agency providing services in 6 counties though Head Start, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and Home Care programs. The Director will provide overall management and leadership for all programs and services, including; budgeting/fiscal control, HR management., initiating, coordinating and overseeing policies/ procedures and fundraising for the agency. The Director reports to a Board of Directors and is the primary public contact for the agency. Must have strong analytical, communication, writing, interpersonal and technical skills. Must be punctual, and maintain consistent and regular attendance. Min qualification- degree from an accredited college or university or a combination of non-profit education and background.
