Manager, Student Support Services - (Cedar Rapids, IA)

Manager, Student Support Services Kirkwood Community College is seeking a TRIO Student Support Services Manager to provide overall leadership and management of the TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) Program in accordance with institutional and federal regulations and communicating the objectives of the program to the College community including faculty, staff, administration, and students. This individual will also manage budget of approx $300,000.00 according to the college and US Department of Education guidelines, prepare funding proposals, grant reports, continuation applications and annual reports. The will also maintain regular contact with the Department of Education to ensure all grant related requirement are being fulfilled. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES •Day to day responsibility for the operation and implementation of the TRIO program and adherence to grant specifications for processes, services, and outcomes •Supervise professional staff.
