Technical Training Specialist two Schedule: Full�time Location: Foreign Service Institute � Arlington, VA Clearance: Secret security clearance required Position overview Role and Responsibilities: Applicant will be required to work as part of a training team to teach proprietary consular application software to State Department officers, family members, Diplomatic security officers, and locally engaged staff. Develops, organizes, and delivers technical training programs and related materials in support of customers and/or company employees Works with customer and functional organizations to establish course content and objectives Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements, or software documentation Ensures course material reflects current product features Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions Follows up to determine applicability of course material Requirements: Requires excellent management skills
