Skagit Publishing has a part time opening for a Digital Media Developer/Designer who is proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and MySQL. Photoshop and InDesign are also required competencies. Applicants must have excellent management skills, the expertise to meet deadlines and a personality that thrives in a pressure-driven environment.
