Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant - (Boca Raton, FL)

Overview AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. a fast growing commercial insurance company has an immediate need for an in-house legal assistant in our Boca Raton, Florida Office. The perfect candidate would have 3+ years of workers’ compensation legal assistant and/or paralegal background. The legal assistant must possess outstanding written and spoken communication abilities, the expertise to type 40-45 wpm and must be proficient in Microsoft office suite (Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Outlook, etc.). Background using TimeMatters and BillingMatters preferred. Responsibilities Preparation of pleadings including, but not limited to, motions, subpoenas, notices, hearings, and requests for production. Coordination/scheduling of meetings, hearings, appointments, and depositions.
