Production Supervisor 1st shift Your new responsibilities We have the following opening available for a 1st shift Production Supervisor at our Hillsboro, NH Specialty Products facility, the only automotive lighting manufacturing location in NAFTA! In this role, you will provide direct supervision in our Halogen Capsule department. Responsibilities: Supervises employees and manages production activities Ensures adherence to established quality guidelines and production safety qualifications Ensure daily targets are met using proven managerial techniques Monitor and track all daily production indicators Work directly with managers
