Position details: The Director of QA works under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to the patient’s served by the organization. The Director of QA performs quality audits and review quality/performance reports to ensure that documentation reflects delivery of efficient, effective and appropriate clinical services. The Director of QA has most important role to assist in the development and the performance of the performance improvement plan on a corporate wide basis.
