Position details Painting contractor is seeking a friendly, highly organized individual to serve as office manager/bookkeeper. The successful applicant will demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, an expertise to multi-task, self-motivated, and working with minimal supervision/direction. Also provides personal and professional errands so the owner can focus on the business. 5 Yrs' background in a professional office and/or Associates Degree in Business, Accounting or related position desired. Position qualifications: · Answering phone calls · Responding to emails · Develop draft proposals based on details provided by the estimator and/or others. · Oversee daily office activities · Keeping track of scheduled projects/deadlines · Oversee all filing systems · Oversee administration portions of the bid and construction phases of projects · Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
