Perfect applicant will have a min of 6-ten years' professional expertise, along with 5yrs min management experience, Modular industry, background is highly preferred, thorough knowledge of Residential modular building codes, structural calculations, plan submittal, review and approval process is required as well as proficiency with CAD software including modified and new plans. Communicate with sales, production and quality control. This position will be responsible for managing and developing our Engineering Department into an efficient operation with increased output.
